•    We will not publicly identify you as a client or reference your project without your prior written consent.
•    Where consent is granted, Jetpack Media may display, describe, or reference completed deliverables — such as books, videos, podcasts, or written content — as examples of our work.
•    All project details, communications, and proprietary business information shared during an engagement remain confidential regardless of whether promotional consent is granted.
•    Work produced for clients is the sole intellectual property of the client upon full payment. Any promotional use by Jetpack Media is limited to showcasing the work as representative of our capabilities and does not transfer or reclaim any rights from the client.

If you prefer that your engagement remain entirely private, please indicate this in writing at the outset of your project. We will honor that preference fully and will not reference your name, brand, or deliverables in any public-facing materials.


Confidentiality is always the default. We only feature client work publicly when we have received clear, written permission to do so.
